Passports: The Ministry of Health have asked all doctors to check Passport or Birth Certificate, Visa and Permits of all patients who wish to apply for public health funding.

If you are already enrolled and funded with us and are a NZ citizen, NZ resident, or Australian national, or hold a qualifying work or student visa, we would kindly ask you to bring your Passport or Birth Certificate with you to your next visit, so that we can record these details on your file.
